V o c a t i o n a l E v a l
u a t i o n
Vocational Evaluation is a program that includes
psychometric testing and situational assessment to assist a person in
identifying strengths, abilities, needs and preferences.
W o r k A d j u s t m e n t
Work Adjustment assists people to develop, modify and
practice work skills, habits and behaviors. Training methods include
participation in real-work activities, classroom instruction and vocational
counseling.
P e r s o n a l a n d S o c i a
l A d j u s t m e n t
This program instructs our participants in the development of independent
living and interpersonal skills as well as the use of community
resources. The improvement of these skills increases the
participant's involvement in community life.
S e c o n d C h a n c e P r
o g r a m
"Second Chance" is a program targeting
individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), including cognitive
retraining, literacy and the development of motor skills. Although
the focus is community re-entry and independent living skills, "Second
Chance" also provides vocational skills training and placement
services.
W o r k S e r v i c e s
This program provides an opportunity for those who
require a long period of vocational training to prepare them to participate
in community employment. The focus of this program is on the
development of work quality and quantity.
GoodWORKS!
The GoodWORKS! Intensive Service Strategy gives
long-term TANF recipients the support and training needed to transition
into the world of work. Services available include assessment, work
habits and behavior training, literacy skills training, job placement, job
coaching, and follow-up services.

We help participants in our programs find and retain
employment and arrange needed accommodations. (All Sites)
C l e r i c a l T r a i n i n g
This programs is designed to assist participants in
acquiring the skills necessary to successfully maintain clerical
employment. (Savannah only)
L i t e r a c y
We offer instruction in the development of both core
survival and academic skills as well as the completion of G.E.D.
requirements. (Savannah Only)
