TERMS AND CONDITIONS The undersigned bidder agrees to observe all of the terms and conditions of the sale as follows: 1. Payment for all purchases at this auction shall be by cash, certified check, check, money order, or cashier's check. Any other pay arrangements must be made prior to the beginning of the sale. 2. The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, condition, authenticity, genuineness or defect of any item or lot offered for sale makes no warranty in connection therewith. All items are sold "as is" and the buyer has the full burden of inspection. 3. All payments for items purchased must be made immediately after the sale and before any of the purchased items are loaded. 4. Removal of all items sold shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be loaded only on the presentation of the paid invoice. The auctioneer shall not be responsible for items not removed within the specified time and may take possession of items not removed on time and dispose of them at the risk and expense of the owner. 5. No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from the premises. 6. Announcements made by the auctioneer prior to the sale shall become a part of this agreement. As if copied in full herein. 7. The auctioneer is acting, as agent only and is not responsible for any acts of the client. Persons attending the sale assume all risks of damage or loss to person or property and specifically release the auctioneer from liability therefore. 8. Any disputes that arise during the course of the sale or pay period shall be decided by the Auctioneer. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
